Notice of Annual General Meeting - June 24

We are giving notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Outdoor Recreation Council of BC (ORCBC) is called for and will be held electronically via Zoom on June 24, 2023, at 9 am PT. 

The purpose is to elect Directors of ORCBC, and present reports from our Chair, Executive Director and Treasurer, along with sharing our financial statements. There are no resolutions for consideration at this year's AGM. 

ORCBC members will elect six directors from the slate of ten nominees. You can view the agenda here. 

We hope to see all our members represented at the AGM.

TO RSVP:

1. If you are attending: Please register here by June 23, 2023, at 4:00 pm PT. If more than one person is attending from your organization, please have one (1) voting representative identify themselves by writing “Designated Representative” in the Last Name field following their name.

2. If no one from your organization is able to attend the meeting and you wish to vote on the abovementioned items: Please complete an electronic absentee ballot form no later than June 23, 2023, at 4:00 pm PT. 

All members have to be in good standing (2023-24 membership dues paid) in order to vote. If you are unsure about your membership status, please reach out to ORCBC at info@orcbc.ca.
